Programme summary
Simple, transparent rewards.
- An eligible “Whisk your own matcha” activity can cost €0 and earns a point after the Shopify POS order is completed.
- Gift cards, online orders and items outside the eligible list do not earn points.
- The €5 reward can be used on any products except gift cards, cannot be combined with another discount, and requires a purchase subtotal of at least €5.
- Ranks are based on lifetime points; using a reward does not reduce your rank progress.
- Returns remove the corresponding points. A full refund restores a reward used on that order.
- The membership QR only identifies your account; staff confirmation is required for every reward.
