BOTANICAL MATCHA

Fresh. Green. Beautifully balanced.

A bright botanical aroma meets the fresh green-tea character of 2026 Meris, a single-origin Yabukita matcha. Refreshing on the palate, with a clean bitterness in perfect balance.

COCONUT SILK MATCHA

Silky. Deep. Gently sweet.

The mellow richness of coconut blends with 2026 Vesper, a single-origin Yutakamidori matcha. Its smooth, velvety texture brings forward the matcha’s full-bodied umami and depth, leaving a softly sweet finish.

Medium Body Yabukita

A fresh, cooling green tea aroma characteristic of Yabukita. In the 2026 lot, rich, nutty notes fill the palate, with bitterness and umami in beautiful balance. Most distinctive is the refined roasted aroma brought forward by careful firing a warm, gently toasted finish that lingers softly.

Wasui Vesper matcha

VESPER

Full Body / Yutakamidori

Careful shading gently softens the bitterness while drawing out the full-bodied, wild umami and depth unique to this single-origin 2026 Yutakamidori. Its fresh green aroma evokes young spring leaves and endless tea fields, followed by a clean, crisp bitterness and a naturally sweet aroma that lingers on the finish. Bold yet gentle.
