WASUI SUBSCRIPTION

Your subscription is paid in full at the time of purchase. Each month you'll receive two 30g packages of Wasui matcha, drawn from our two single-cultivar first-flush selections — each with its own origin and character. You may receive two of the same or one of each, so every delivery is a fresh encounter.

Each delivery brings a selection from our two single-cultivar Wasui matcha — two first-flush teas from different origins, each with its own depth and character. Over the course of your subscription, you'll come to know them both. 

Each delivery contains 2 packages of 30g Wasui matcha (60g in total).

Your first delivery ships within 7 – 10 business days of your order.

After that, each delivery is scheduled to the same day of the month as your order date, and ships within 7 - 10 business days.

For example, if you subscribe on the 15th (your order date), your following deliveries will be prepared from the 15th of each month.

Your subscription is charged in full when you place your order. There are no additional monthly payments.

Wasui subscriptions are currently available in the following EU countries:

Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Spain, France, Luxembourg, Austria, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Greece, Bulgaria, Denmark, Sweden, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Finland, Ireland, Croatia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Romania & Hungary, Czechia.

Within these destinations, no customs duties or import taxes apply, and no additional charges will appear beyond what you see at checkout.

Matcha is delicate. Keep it cool, dark, and airtight, and enjoy it soon after opening. If refrigerated, let it return to room temperature before opening — otherwise condensation will dull its flavour and colour.

In the Netherlands, Wasui is registered with Skal Biocontrole — the independent supervisory body designated by the Dutch Ministry of Agriculture (LVVN) to oversee organic products under EU law — which ensures every step from import to delivery meets EU organic standards.

When you subscribe, a portion of our limited annual matcha is set aside for you in advance. Because your matcha is reserved ahead of time, subscriptions generally cannot be cancelled once placed. Full conditions are set out in our Terms.

Your matcha is reserved for each month in advance, so individual deliveries cannot be skipped.

At the end of your term, your allocation simply concludes. Reserve a new term to keep your place — and your locked price.

You can update your delivery address or pickup point in your customer portal. Changes must be made at least 3 days before your next scheduled shipment date to take effect for that delivery. If you update after that cut-off, the change will apply from the following month.
